If your filo&arte purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Please note, we don’t do direct exchanges!
panties, boxers and briefs can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached.swimwear and perfumes may not be returned unless in original sealed wrapping.
Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.
If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.
Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return has to be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So unfortunately, we’re unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout!
Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange or credit no questions asked!
You can write to us via email(firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try if we could restock. And also we usually stock pieces from our latest collection in a few weeks. So definitely sign up your email to be notified of a restock, and you shouldn’t miss out the next time.
You’re able to browse through our store in your international currency – however, as we are an Italian store, the price will automatically convert to EU when you get to checkout (and include your shipping fee if applicable). It does look like you’re paying more or less, but it is simply just the most current exchange rate.
Pre-order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 2-6weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at email@example.com. if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out – you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method.

All going well, we endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order asap (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period). You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
